The Confederación Sindical de Comisiones Obreras (hereinafter CSCCOO), with CIF: G-28496131 and home in CL Fernández de la Hoz nº 12, 28010 Madrid, as holder of the page you are consulting www.ccoo.es, wants by means of this declaration to inform all visitors about our maintaining policy and about the treatment of personal data that are provided in a free and voluntary way by all users.

The request, which will always include an identity proof, should specify the name and surname of the interested person, a photocopy of his/her ID card, the specific demand of the request, an address for sending the notification, date and signature of the interested person, and documents for justifying the demand. If the request does not comply with the specified conditions you will be asked to solve the question. Regarding the accession right, it will only be denied if it is exercised in a period lower than 12 months, and with no legitimate interest on it.
