II seminario técnico ACCTIOON EQUAL PAY

    El objetivo marcado de esta acción ha sido el análisis, de los contenidos del Informe sobre la brecha salarial de género: Impacto, negociación colectiva y actuación sindical, y de la Guía La brecha salarial de género: análisis y propuestas sindicales para la negociación colectiva en diálogo con representantes de trabajadores de secciones sindicales, comités de empresas que estén en disposición de introducir la perspectiva de género en los procesos de negociación.

    Este proyecto está cofinanciado por el Mecanismo Europeo del Espacio Económico Europeo (EEA) para España, en el período 2009-2014, en el marco del Memorándum suscrito entre el Reino de Noruega, Islandia y el Principado de Liechtenstein("Estados donantes") y el Reino de España ("Estado beneficiario"). Se encuadra en el Programa de Igualdad de Género y Conciliación, que tiene como finalidad contribuir a la reducción de las desigualdades económicas y sociales en el Espacio Económico Europeo por medio de, entre otros, el objetivo de Promoción de la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en la vida laboral, con especial atención a la reducción de la brecha salarial, objetivo en el que se inscribe el Proyecto ACCTIOON EQUAL PAY, que se desarrolla entre 2014 y 2015.

    II technical seminar ACCTIOON EQUAL PAY

    Last September 30 took place in Madrid, in the headquarters of the trade union section of Banco Santander the 2or Technical Workshop of the project ACCTIOON EQUAL PAY directed to combat the gender wage gap, promoted by CCOO, through the Confederal Secretariat of Women and Equality, and that has as a partner to LO-Norway.

    The objective of this action has been the analysis, the contents of the report on the wage gap of gender: Impact, collective bargaining and union activity, and guide the wage gap of gender: analysis and trade union proposals for collective bargaining in dialog with representatives of workers from trade union sections, committees of companies that are ready to introduce a gender perspective in negotiation processes

    This project is co-financed by the European mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA) to Spain, in the period 2009-2014, in the framework of the MOU signed between the Kingdom of Norway, Iceland and the Principality of Liechtenstein("donor States") and the Kingdom of Spain ("State beneficiary"). It is framed in the Program of Equality of Genre and Conciliation, which takes as a purpose to contribute to the reduction of the economic and social inequality in the European Economic zone by means of, between others, the target of Promotion of the equality between women and men in the labor life, with special attention to the reduction of the wage breach, target in which there registers the Project ACCTIOON EQUAL PAY, which develops between 2014 and 2015.
